Payment details are processed securely through authorized payment gateways, and Guestly does not store full card, UPI, or bank account information.
In addition, Guestly automatically collects certain technical and usage information when you interact with the Platform, such as IP address, device and browser information, operating system details, log data, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
Guestly uses personal information to create and manage user accounts, facilitate bookings and payments, verify users and listings, provide customer support, communicate important updates, prevent fraud and misuse, improve platform functionality, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
